Ashla has thought out this app so well and all the programs are reflective of this too! The workouts are really easy to follow but also give you a good sweat. Can't wait to keep going with the future workouts and programs.
Perfect for Anyone How can one app be so perfect? With such an easy going vibe, this app is great for when you need to do a quick workout or just a stretch session. It has fun challenges to complete and with the easy use of the menu everything is accessible. The one feature I really love is being able to post up progress photos, it really helps to keep you motivated.
Seriously well put together! This app is amazing, you can tell how much work and effort has gone into it! I love how it’s structured so anyone can use it, doesn’t matter if you’re a pro or you’re just getting back in the swing of it. Super easy to navigate and use and has awesome features such as the progress page!

No excuse workout program ! Highly recommend this app! Fun, engaging workouts that push you hard, and allow for you to still participate when injured or time short. Definitely worth a download, whether you are an equestrian or just someone who likes to take care of themselves !
Perfect all rounder app! Absolutely loving this app. Only a few weeks into the Fit to ride 12 week program but loving that I can feel all my muscles working. Mixing the Pilates with the workouts is the perfect mix for riders!
